Once, on Facebook I wrote:

Including a vision for diagonal boulevards for Manhattan. Most of the time it’s easier to walk to the East side.

That beautiful line from Columbus Circle to (it looks like?) Delancey Street would change so many dynamics! As would the Chelsea / Battery lines etc.

It’d be great if we built these UNDERGROUND. Here’s hoping!
