Once, on Facebook I wrote:

Yes, that’s right, skanking Dutchmen. In honor of Valentine’s day I give you one of the best couplets about love:

Ik lijk wel zot, en ik voel me rot
liefde is een vreemde ziekte

Un-artistically translated, and losing the nice rhyme…:

I seem like I’m drunk, and I feel rotten
love is a strange sickness.
