		<description>&lt;p&gt;It will come as no surprise that I usually believe everything will fail.  I am right there with you on a firm belief in the magic of a warranty.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I actually have done very, very well by purchasing warranties at places like Sears, Circuit City, et al.  And it has paid off again and again.  You&#039;re going to be happy to have that slip of paper a sense of righteous indignation when you come into the store with a 3 month old TV that decided to quit working.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 1 month the warranty should expire on my car.  I am sort of freaking out that Honda is not calling me every 48 hours to offer me an extended warranty.&lt;/p&gt;
