		<description>&lt;p&gt;That glamor, possibly the only one in my life, is what makes me excited to go to work despite all the sucky things about my job.  The ability to use words for what they can do, and not merely how they sound--but because they can do so much more if they sound good... something like that.&lt;/p&gt;
