She very well could be the death knell for McCain's bid.</p> <p>Not to be a fear monger about fear mongers but do we really want to elect an old, ailing McCain to have him die and leave her with the keys to destroy the world a couple times over?</p> <p>I respect her Right to Life stand and her emphasis on family. She's mentioned as a gubernatorial candidate in a few years, and perhaps sitting in a brand-spanking new governor's mansion looks better than breaking ties in the senate?</p> <p>While McCain doesn't need Hutchison to grab the Texas vote, is the Alaska vote really that necessary?
